My wife and I are looking for a Mobil home ( Modular home) ( Trailer ) to put on our property. We have an old farm house and barn on the property now. Unfortunately the work that needs to be done to get the farm house in livable condition is to much for us at this time. We are looking for someone who may be trying to get out of a payment and or lot rent. We do not have a lot of money to buy one out right but have great income. We are renting at this time and have great references. We are un able to get approved for a loan for a used Mobil home. We have no problem with something that needs work. If anyone has an trailer they are willing to take payments for we would be very happy to talk to you. We are in the Meadville PA area.
