Chihuahua - Small - Young - Male - Dog - Oscar

Mr Ears..............is he not cute? Look at those ears, he almost looks like a baby deer.........1.5 yrs old Oscar is a great dog, who the foster has fallen in love with. He sleeps with them, loves laps, and likes to talk........ he kinda growls with his "chatty" behavior....... Loves humans, fully vetted............ No kids under 5.............just as a precaution...........not that he has ever done anything to suggest this need, just with a small breed dog, I always suggest children be over 5. he is dominant with other dogs, typical chi......would love to be an only dog
